EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 4, 2022: PSFT recommends that masks are worn for all performances & throughout the building. However, masks are NOW OPTIONAL for all performances.
PSFT reserves the right to adjust this as circumstances change.
Port Stanley Festival Theatre believes that the arts and live theatre performances play a vital role in the health and well being of all citizens, especially in these difficult and uncertain times. We continue to keep the health and safety of our audiences, artists, staff and volunteers paramount in our daily operations.
Tickets for the 2022/23 summer theatre season are available for sale based on 100% capacity.

Ticketless/contactless check in at the Theatre – No need to bring a ticket.
Show Cancellation
In the event a performance is cancelled, a credit for the price of the ticket(s) booked for that date will be issued to your account. You will have the option of: a refund (minus the $5.50 non-refundable facility and admin fee), turning the ticket purchase into a tax-receipt able donation to the Port Stanley Festival Theatre or, if seating is available, an exchange for another performance, by contacting the box office the next business day. Please note: all refunds must be processed onto the method of payment associated with the original order.
Refunds
Refunds are only given in the event you must cancel your ticket(s) for COVID reasons. You must contact the Box Office by phone within at least three (3) hours of the original scheduled performance time to exchange your ticket for another performance time or receive a credit for the price of the ticket(s).
In the event you must cancel your ticket(s) for COVID reasons only, a refund can be processed for the price of the ticket(s) booked for that date (minus the $5.50 non-refundable facility and admin fee). To arrange a refund, you must contact the Box Office by email or phone within one week of the performance date. After that point, you may exchange your ticket(s) for another performance date/time or receive a credit. If shows are sold out and interested in that specific date we will take your contact information and put your name on a waiting list. If seat cancellation occurs for a show, we will call the first on the list.
Credits/Exchanges
The Port Stanley Festival Theatre is pleased to offer exchange of tickets with 24 hours notice to the Box Office. Tickets may be exchanged for any performance of the same show.
Group ticket deposits are non-refundable at any time.
PSFT is unable to give refunds for any tickets purchased unless it is COVID related.
ENHANCED PROTECTIVE MEASURES
- Installation of SanUVox UV Air Purification. Ultra violet disinfection, destroying pathogens like mold spores, bacteria and viruses, preventing them from re entering the air.
- Heightened cleaning protocols between performances.
- Ticketless check in at theatre.
- Increased presence of hand sanitizer stations.
- Use of high-quality air filters in A/C and heating units.
- Assistive listening devices will be cleaned between uses.
- Plexiglas barriers at point-of-sale locations.
- Latecommers will be seated in available seats at first possible opportunity.
- House programmes will be available online. A limited quantity of programmes will be available at each show. Please take it with you when you exit the theatre.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
a 20 minute intermission may be scheduled during each show. The Dorothy Faye Palmer Room and the Pat and Ali Shakir Patio will be open. As of May 23, 2023 our concession and bar will be open for evening performances only, bottled water can be purchased at teh box office for matinee performances. No other food or drink will be available. Water bottles are allowed in the theatre during the performances.
