Port Stanley Festival Theatre has developed a comprehensive COVID-19 Safety Plan for rehearsals and presentations of our theatre events this summer to ensure the safety and comfort of our staff, artists and audiences when visiting the theatre.
This plan includes:
BOX OFFICE SAFETY POLICY
Contactless Box Office check in.
Refunds up to 1 week before the performance: To arrange a refund, you must contact the Box Office by phone within one week of the performance date. Please note: all refunds must be processed onto the method of payment associated with the original order.
Credits up to 3 hours before the performance: In the event you must cancel your ticket(s), you must contact the Box Office by phone within at least three hours of the original scheduled performance time to exchange your ticket for another performance time or receive a credit for the price of the ticket(s). In the event you must cancel your ticket(s), a refund can be processed for the price of the ticket(s) booked for that date (minus the $6.50 non-refundable facility and admin fee). After that point, you may exchange your ticket(s) for another performance date/time or receive a credit. If shows are sold out and interested in that specific date we will take your contact information and put your name on a waiting list. If cancellation occurs, we will call the first on list.
In the event a performance is cancelled, a credit for the price of the ticket(s) booked for that date will be issued to your account. You will have the option of a refund (minus the $6.50 non-refundable facility and admin fee), turning the ticket purchase into a tax-receiptable donation to the Port Stanley Festival Theatre or, if seating is available, an exchange for another performance, by contacting the box office the next business day.
Waiting List: Is the performance you want sold out? Can’t find the number of seats you want? Join the waiting list! If tickets become available, either through returns from other patrons or as regulations allow for larger audiences, we’ll let you know.
How to join the waiting list – Call our box office at 519-782-4353 to join the waiting list. The representative will confirm which size seat grouping you are looking for, and will ask if this is flexible. If the tickets become available in a seat grouping size that matches your request, we will reach out to you by phone. We will only be able to call once and if you do not answer, we will move on to the next person on the waiting list. However, if you call back and the seats are still available, you can claim these seats. The waiting list will remain active until 1 hour before the performance.
