An actor for over 30 years, Steve Ross is currently in his 22nd season at The Stratford
Festival. As a writer, his plays Life Without and 12 Dinners have had world premieres at Stratford’s Here for Now Theatre. He currently has two new pieces in development with them. This summer, his comedy Mechanically Inclined had a world premiere at The Foster Festival in St. Catharines, ON. A huge thank you to Liz Gilroy for her love and guidance with goldfish.

Doug returns for his third season as Props Expert for PSFT, where he has worked on such shows as Wrong for Each Other, On The Air, Beaver Club, They’re Found in Trees, Perils of Persephone and Bigfoot! He was also assistant designer on Hurry Hard. Other credits: Die Fledermaus (Western Opera), The Magic Flute (Western Opera) and Crooner Christmas (Auburn Theatre).

Paige is delighted to return to Port Stanley Festival Theatre this summer as House Technician, & take on her new role as a Sound & Lighting Designer. She is entering her fourth year of Theatre Production & Design at York University. Paige has served as head of lighting, assistant head of lighting, co-director, assistant head of paint & props, & assistant stage manager for many student productions.

Meghan is excited to be back at Port Stanley for her fourth season. Select previous credits include Stage Manager: Avenue of Avarice, Three Islands (UofT Opera), Perils of Persephone (PSFT), DOUBT (B&E Theatre), Assistant Stage Manager: Cosi fan Tutte (U of T Opera).

Emily is a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University’s theatre production program. She has been working in summer theatre since 2021, & has nearly enough credits to drop the “Apprentice” from her title and become a full-fledged Stage Manager! Some of Emily’s favourite credits include The Beaver Club (Theatre Orangeville, 2025); Tip of the Iceberg (Theatre Orangeville, 2024); Perils of Persephone (PSFT, 2024); They’re Found in Trees (PSFT, 2024); and Our House (PSFT, 2022).

Over the last two years, Chris has worked on more than a dozen sets for various groups, including London Community Players, Musical Theatre Productions, Western University’s Faculty of Music and the Elgin Theatre Guild. He is the co-owner of Odesa Company, an independent live theatre production company, serving primarily as set-construction
coordinator and production designer. He’s pleased to be working with PSFT, and is looking forward to the upcoming season!

Emma is delighted to be returning to PSFT for her third consecutive season as the Scenic Painter! Emma is a graduate of Sheridan College’s Technical Production Program, where she specialised in scenic art and props. Previous credits at PSFT include Assistant
Designer for They’re Found in Trees (2024). This season, she’s thrilled to make her set design debut with The Kitchen Witches. Emma is grateful to the team for their ongoing trust and support!

This is Stephanie’s first summer working at PSTF, and she is very excited to be here.
She is currently finishing her undergrad at the University of Waterloo in Theatre and Performance. Aside for her love of carpentry, she enjoys performing arts (acting, singing, dancing) language learning and travelling.
