Appetizers: Chef's Daily Soup or Caesar Salad- romaine, asiago tuille, bacon, rustic croutons.
Mains: Brown Buttered Basted Lake Erie Pickerel- pepper relish, parsnip crisps, roasted root vegetables, dill seasoned baby potatoes.
or Seafood Angel Hair Pasta- Bay scallops, shrimp, salmon, arugula, peppers, lemon dill cream sauce, Garlic toast.
or Maple/Bourbon Braised Brisket- garlic mashed potato, roasted root vegetables, brisket jus reduction.
or Roasted Cornish Hen- pan roasted potatoes, brussels sprouts, pan jus
